Man Sought in $20,000 Cartier Watch Theft

Suffolk County authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a man involved in a theft at a Huntington Station store last month.

According to Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Second Squad Detectives, the incident occurred on July 12 at 4:36 p.m. at the Tourneau store within the Walt Whitman Shops. The suspect stole a Cartier watch valued at approximately $20,000.

In response to the theft, Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information leading to the arrest of the individual responsible. Those with any information are encouraged to submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS.
