Daniel Craig, renowned for his role as James Bond and his association with Omega’s Seamaster, continues to captivate audiences even after his departure from the iconic role. This week, the actor generated significant buzz on Instagram following his appearance at the Paris Olympics, where he showcased a previously unseen Omega Seamaster.
The new Seamaster, featuring a distinctive black dial with a laser-etched wave pattern, was spotted on Craig’s wrist. The watch was paired with a metal Milanese mesh bracelet, potentially crafted from titanium, reminiscent of the 2020 James Bond special Seamaster Diver 300m. This model either echoes the titanium finish or the steel variant of the James Bond 60th Anniversary Edition.
The appearance of this unannounced Seamaster has been validated by Omega. A representative hinted that details about the timepiece would be unveiled later this year. “The initial images offer a glimpse into what is to come,” the spokesperson stated.
During his time at the Paris Olympics, Craig was observed at various events, including show jumping at the Château de Versailles and skateboarding at La Concorde. He concluded his visit with a photo shoot at Omega House, further enhancing the excitement surrounding the new release.
